Sunday Morning Classes

Throughout the year, we offer Bible Studies, Teaching, or Discussion on Life issues. Classes meet Sunday morning before services. 9 a.m. in room B100 at Southwest High School. Please call 420-2190 to find out if a class is being offered.

Life Groups

We srongly urge you to try out a LifeGroup. It's our experience that most people connect best within a small group dynamic. Don't worry about getting into a group that you don't mesh with...we're all about trying things out. If it's not a good fit - try another one! ACADEMY TRACKS

• TRACK 1: Foundational
  In this track, we encourage those just beginning the journey to learn about the Bible and how the Christian experience can change our lives.
  LIFEGROUPS: We suggest you begin here connecting with others in a non-threatening way. Contact Pastor David at 420-2190.
  CELEBRATE RECOVERY: This LifeGroup meets on Thursday nights at the church. It's a safe environment to explore God's hand in healing. To find out more about this group contact Rick or Lori Edmonds at Lorielln4@aol.com
  HOW TO STUDY THE BIBLE: Have you ever felt confused about where or how we got the Bible? Or have you wondered how it applies to your life? Throughout the year we offer simple Bible Studies to help you learn how to apply God's truth to your own life.
• TRACK 2: Deeper Life
  In this track, we invite you to become involved in systemic and in-depth Bible studies, continue your participation in LifeGroups and develop a Biblical world view through participating in Christ and Culture events.
  
  
• TRACK 3: Mentoring
  In this program, we begin the process of disciple making. Beginning this fall, individuals will meet regularly with a "Disciple Maker" and for a full year will focus on five different areas that help us become a disciple of Christ: Prayer, Bible, Relationships, Missions and Evangelism.
  
  
• TRACK 4: Theological Training
  The Urban Ministry Institute (TUMI) of Los Angeles has a Theological Training Program that can lead to licensure and ordination. This seminary level course takes about 18 months to complete, 16 separate courses. We believe the role of MiddleCross Church is to prepare and encourage those having such interest and to provide the pastoral resources necessary for completion by those who have chosen this direction.
